Inspired by her daughter Sloane and proud to be a working mom, owner Alexandria Gentry started Jumping Jacks in 2023 to bring concierge Physical Therapy services to the growing North Texas region- serving Argyle, Denton, Justin, & surrounding areas.
At Jumping Jacks, it's our mission to help children ages 0-18 reach their functional mobility potential within the environment that matters most- their home! With individualized and evidence-based treatment plans, our concierge model of services is sure to help your little one conquer milestones & gain functional independence.

Why Choose the Concierge Model?
No need to brave traffic or hire a sitter. We bring our services directly to you!
By treating in your child’s home, we can affect change in the environment that matters most.
With our cash-pay model, your therapy is dictated by the child’s need and coordinated by the parent, therapist, and pediatrician— not insurance.
The frequency of your child’s sessions will be individualized and customized to their need.
OUR SERVICES
3 60-minute education sessions throughout your child’s 1st year.

SESSION 1: Late pregnancy- 3 months
Tummy time, positioning, purposeful play, rolling precursors
SESSION 2: 4-6 months
Advanced tummy time, sitting, crawling precursors
SESSION 3: 8-10 months
Crawling, standing, cruising, walking precursors
We start with a comprehensive evaluation centered around your child’s development and perform a physical assessment.
After your evaluation, a proposal will be sent to you including the anticipated number of sessions needed to achieve the goals set in their Plan of Care.
